Privacy Policy

Altitude Marketing ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through altitudemarketing.com.au, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

What you give us in our forms: your name, business name, email, mobile number, website address and anything you write in the message box.
How you found us: the page you first landed on, the referring website, and campaign details in the link you clicked (such as UTM tags or an ad click ID). This is stored in your browser and sent with your form so we know which marketing is working.
How the site is used: we use Google Tag Manager to run analytics and advertising measurement tags (such as Google Analytics and Google Ads). These use cookies to collect information like the pages you visit, your approximate location and your device type.

Why we collect it

We use your information to prepare the audit you asked for, to contact you about it, to provide services if you become a client, and to understand which of our own marketing brings in enquiries. We don't sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run the website and our business systems. They process information on our behalf:

Cloudflare: website hosting and spam protection.
HighLevel (GoHighLevel): our CRM, where enquiries and contact history are stored.
Google: analytics, email, and advertising measurement.

Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States.

Marketing messages

If we send you marketing emails or texts, every message includes a way to unsubscribe, and we act on unsubscribe requests promptly.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing luke@altitudemarketing.com.au. If you have a privacy complaint, contact us first and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
